KCEOC Women's Emergency Support Center - KCEOC maintains shelter operations to meet the needs ot clients and to support in-house programs operated by the shelter.  This includes the Buddy Bear Program for any child entering the shelter and the Birthday Program for any child that has a birthday while in the shelter.  The shelter also purchases books and children's craft materials for the children.
